This Middleburg AVA estate Seyval Blanc is dry at 1.2% residual sugar. A French-American hybrid grape, Greenhill's Seyval Blanc exudes perfectly balanced aromas: a conglomerate of citrus, exotic and stone fruits. Flavors of pineapple, peach and apricot are most apparent, with hints of almond and jasmine. This wine shows off its character until the very end... with nice acidity and a long finish.
Seductively feminine, fresh and crisp, our stainless steel fermented Virginia Viognier, with its pale-gold color, expresses aromatic fragrances of wild flowers, jasmine and crème brûlée. On the palate, flavors of apricot, peach and a tinge of lemongrass are rounded out by raw honey notes and baking spices with an intense, long finish.
