Nature. Soil. Climate. Human Touch.
The Greenhill Wine Experience demystifies wine to it’s basic elements of terroir; nature, soil, climate, and the human “savoir faire.”
Our goal is simple, to deliver the expression of our terroir, it’s aromas and flavor, into every glass.
“My philosophy is to adapt my knowledge, and experience, to the unique terroir I am presented with. I am a traditionalist, taking Old World techniques, and refining them for the New World Palate. To me, making wine is both a science and an art, a communion with nature, it’s a lifestyle.”

Grown on our estate, which is part of the Middleburg AVA, the stainless steel fermented and aged Riesling is dry with 0.6% residual sugar. A predominance of lime flavors combined with nice acidity and fresh, crisp mouth feel, coats the palate with hints of Mandarin fruit and spring herbs.
This Middleburg AVA estate Seyval Blanc is dry at 1.2% residual sugar. A French-American hybrid grape, Greenhill's Seyval Blanc exudes perfectly balanced aromas: a conglomerate of citrus, exotic and stone fruits. Flavors of pineapple, peach and apricot are most apparent, with hints of almond and jasmine. This wine shows off its character until the very end... with nice acidity and a long finish.
